Oldenburger Pferdezuchtverband
This German breed is yet another star in the showjumping and dressage ring. Oldenburgs are known for their compact, yet large stature that looks quite impressive and noble. They range from 165cm to 180cm and are usually found in bay, black, grey or chestnut. The Oldenburg has a fine and noble head, witha strong arched neck, adding to the overall impressive look of the breed. They have a stable and good topline with a high set tail and relatively short legs. The movement is described as Dynamic, spacious and elastic, while typical characteristics are their calm, lively and willing nature
