American Saddlebred Horse Association
This energetic breed from America is known for their energy and willingness to work, but also for their elegance in body and movement. This breed is described to have a well shaped head with large and expressive eyes, graceful ears and fine muzzle, being carried high and alertly on a long and arched neck. It connects to well defined and prominent withers with deep and sloping shoulders. The back is level but still strong, with a high set tail and powerful legs. The front legs are set well forward under the shoulder, with broad flat bones and sharpy defined tendons. ASBs are excitable and love attention.
